What exactly does the $140 license cover?

The core includes Community, Blog, Payments and Gamification for one production domain. The license is perpetual, with 365 days of updates included. Eligible development and staging hosts do not require another license.

What happens when my update year ends?

You retain the right to use your licensed versions and download releases published within your update window. An optional extension unlocks newer releases. Access to the hosted Designer library requires an eligible core or Designer license with an active update window.

Can I move Bondry to another domain?

Yes. Deactivate the current domain and activate the new one through your account or the admin panel. Up to three domain changes are allowed in a rolling 30-day period, at no additional license charge.

Do you offer refunds?

Our commercial offer covers core and paid-module licenses that have never been activated, when requested within 14 calendar days of purchase. Other items have specific conditions. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. See the Refund Policy for details.

Do I need the paid modules?

No. The core ships with the forum, the blog, payments and gamification. Designer, LMS and Members Plus are separate licenses you buy only if you want them.

How is support handled?

Contact us through support tickets or the contact form. Included product support is available during an active update window, primarily in English. Documentation is public. Billing, privacy and statutory rights requests remain available after the window ends.
